The Lutz is a heavyweight men’s sports jacket with signature Barbour tartan lining which adds a stylish, heritage-inspired detail. Constructed from 8oz Oban waxed cotton with its soft, matte finish this jacket gives protection in the worst weather. Boasting a warm funnel collar lined with luxurious corduroy and complete with a buckle-fastened strap, allowing the collar to be secured for additional shelter from wind and rain.

Barbour's most stylish and fashion-forward fit.
The Slim Fit is a figure-hugging style, with strong attention to seam detail which ensures the sleekest outline possible.

Excellent jacket. Great quality. Would definitely recommend this if you want to use it for casual wear as it’s a well cut, tailored style. Use another jacket for walking the dog, this one’s much too nice. Great service from Allweathers. Immediate dispatch, well packaged and delivered next day. I returned another product at last post on Friday and received the repayment Saturday morning. Will definitely use this company again.

Great coat let down by sizing

The quality of the coat relative to the cost is good, but the issue with the tailored fit is the sizing - I straddle 38-40in and a medium is too small and a large a bit too big. The appeal of the coat is to have a slim silhouette but this is undermined by having to size up. You may also wish to send the coat to Barbour to have the polyester sleeve lining replace for cotton tartan.
