All orders placed before 2:00pm, Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), will be despatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be despatched the next business day.

Goods may be returned for a full refund (excluding postage) as long as they are in a new and unused condition (with labels and packaging) within 30 days.
