The Barbour Hereford Wax Jacket is cut to relaxed fit for comfort, in a durable Sylkoil waxed cotton outer, with box-quilted lining for extra warmth. The collar is nicely finished with supple leather, both for trimming across the back, visible when raised and for edge binding and is lined with a heavyweight signature Barbour corduroy. The jacket is fastened with a chunky all-metal zip, under a press-stud placket which is lined in a herringbone weave. Other features include moleskin-lined handwarmer pockets, adding a add touch of luxury, generously sized lower bellows patch pockets and a horizontally zipped inner pocket, which help to make this jacket a stylish, but practical winter defence. The collar can be raised and closed off with a press-stud closure to keep the wind out, should the need arise.
