Featuring a robust waxed cotton canvas outer with leather trims, this laptop-sized briefcase is water-resistant and boasts plenty of essential pocket space. Antique effect metal fittings give a stylish aged appearance, whilst the cotton lining in Barbour’s iconic Original Classic Tartan adds unmistakable authenticity. Two leather handles are complemented with a detachable webbing shoulder strap, offering an alternative way to carry this practical bag. Dimensions, approx' : 31 x 43 x 10cm.

Very good but unwelcome changes

I bought this as a direct replacement for my tired and well used waxed leather Barbour Briefcase.

It is still a great product but design changes have knocked the rating and its a backwards step in my opinion from the previous versions:

- thinner strap digs into shoulder, even when bag modestly loaded
- the divider material is now a bit flimsy
- bag is now bigger, particularly the height that I find excessive

Overall, still a great product and first class service from Allweathers.
