Returns & Refunds Policy

Simple, hassle-free returns within 30 days

Standard Returns & Exchanges

Unwanted Goods (30-Day Window) Items may be returned for a full refund (excluding outbound postage) within 30 days of purchase. Goods must be in a brand new, unused condition, complete with all original labels and packaging intact.
How to Exchange Items

We offer two simple options for exchanges:

Option 1 – Fastest Exchange Option
Return your original item for a refund and place a new order directly through our website for the preferred size or colour. This is usually the quickest way to secure replacement stock availability.

Option 2 – Traditional Exchange
Return your original item to us for an exchange. To reserve your preferred replacement size or colour, please contact us before returning the item by email at sales@allweathers.co.uk or by telephone on 01268 293698.

Please note: In all cases, return postage costs and the safe return of the item remain the responsibility of the customer until the parcel has been received by us.

Extended Christmas Returns

To give you extra peace of mind during the festive period, any purchases made between 1st November 2026 and 24th December 2026 qualify for our extended returns window. You can return these items for a full refund or an exchange up to and including 11th January 2027, subject to our standard unused condition rules.

Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Items

  • Incorrect Items Received: If we have inadvertently sent you the wrong item, please contact us immediately via email at sales@allweathers.co.uk or call 01268 293698 so we can resolve the problem and arrange a swift exchange.
  • Manufacturing Faults: If you believe your purchase has developed a manufacturing fault, please get in touch with our team as soon as possible to discuss the best course of action. Please note that extended manufacturer warranties exceeding your basic statutory rights should be taken up with the product manufacturer directly.
⚠️ Important Notice for International Returns (Outside UK): Any items returned from outside the United Kingdom may incur customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from your final refund amount. To avoid this, we highly recommend shipping the item back to an operational UK address first, if possible, before forwarding it to our returns department.

Cancelling or Amending an Order

Changing an Order

If you need to alter an order you have just placed, please contact us immediately by phone or email. While we will make every effort to modify your package details, we cannot guarantee changes can be made if our warehouse team has already processed and packed your shipment. In those instances, you will need to await delivery and follow our standard return process.

Statutory Cancellation Rights (Distance Selling)

Under consumer regulations, you retain the legal right to cancel your digital order within 14 days without giving a specific reason. This 14-day window begins the day you (or a designated third party) take physical possession of the items.

To activate a formal cancellation, you must notify us via a explicit written declaration sent to sales@allweathers.co.uk or by physical mail to our store address. You can copy, fill out, and send the template structure detailed below:

Cancellation Refunds & Return Costs

If you cancel an order in full under these terms, we will refund all payments received from you, including initial standard delivery charges (supplementary courier upgrades chosen at checkout are non-refundable). Deductions may be applied if returned items show signs of handling value loss or damage caused while in your care.

Your refund will be completed using your original payment method within 14 days of our warehouse receiving the goods back, or 14 days from you supplying verified tracking proof of shipment.

The direct cost of returning cancelled goods falls to the customer. For oversized or exceptionally heavy parcels that cannot be handled via standard royal mail services, we can arrange collection via our corporate courier infrastructure for your convenience. This service generally costs no more than £15 per package (maximum package weight limit of 30kg). Contact us directly to obtain an accurate collection quote.
